Mrs. Chester has been teaching at Transfiguration School since 2017. She is originally from New Hampshire. Mrs. Chester graduated cum laude from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island with two Bachelor's degrees; one in Elementary Education and the other in Theatre. She received her Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Bridgeport, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. Mrs. Chester has always worked in the education field. She has been an Activities Coordinator, Camp Counselor, Tutor at two different tutoring centers and a Director of Education. Throughout her career she has also been a paraprofessional, substitute teacher, and long term substitute. Mrs. Chester has always wanted to be a teacher and to help students succeed. Mrs. Chester’s favorite grade to teach is first grade!
